Before your session...
Why use crystals with chakras?
All crystals have different healing properties and work through vibration to rebalance the body's energies to its chakra points, which in turn provides natural healing to physical, emotional or psychological complaints.
Where will my session take place?
We'll take you through our beautiful garden to our therapy room, which is an old converted garage nestled under large trees. It really is a safe space to truly relax and feel connected with mother nature.
About the session...
- Carried out by a qualified Crystal Healing Practitioner
- Before your session, we'll have a relaxed chat about what to expect and talk through the crystals we have chosen for you
- When ready, we'll start the cleanse where crystals will be placed on your chakras above your clothing whilst lying comfortably on our therapy table
- After your session, we'll have a chat about the experience and give you copy of your Cleanse Plan for you to take home together with a complementary crystal
